Staging and Design
Master bedroom suite with adjoining bath. Room gets afternoon light, so paint color was chosen to warm the space and make it more inviting. Accessories were added to enhance existing furniture and linens. Wall color was continued into the bathroom to make the space feel larger.
Exterior design of outdoor patio. Selection of colors (plants and accessories), circular brick pattern and design of central table.
The open floor plan in this home presented a challenge in choosing a wall color, so a “grayed out” color was chosen to work with the woodwork. This color “plays” well with many other colors, which lets the homeowner bring in new accessories as desired.
Items that the homeowner had were repurposed and arranged to create a focal point in this home staging. This focal point drew attention to the gorgeous window seat and outside water view. Changes made to dining room and bedrooms for a slightly more contemporary feel and to distract from outdated furnishings and carpet color.
